4:30am woke up, 6-11am first clinical, commuted back, lunch and shower and some homework, 1:45-3:30pm english class, got gas after class, 4:30pm blood donation appointment (got deferred, bummer), dinner, 6-8pm religion class, and then studied for nursing test until late

Scenario #1-Your client is a 78 yr old female with a history of stroke, hard of hearing, aphasia, right-sided paralysis with contracture of her right arm and hand. She has a foley catheter. She is able to say “yes” and “no”. She has all of her teeth. She would like to be ready to receive visitors in 1 hr. Your task is to perform morning care including a full bed bath, catheter care with peri-care, mouth care, dress the client (gown), and do her vital signs.
